It is a full written and codified under the general rules and regulations of the public service, private and special rules and regulations. That law is mainly reported by the Supreme Court, the highest administrative court in Cameroon. This study reads the law, pays attention to case law and sometimes echoes its practice, due to the professional experience of the author.
